Position Details

Order Details Under the supervision of the Hospice Department Director, the staff RN will be assigned a caseload of patients. The RN will be accountable for the assessment, planning of interventions and coordination of the patient's care in the home from the time of admission until discharge. The RN will also coordinate services with other professional disciplines involved with the patient's care. Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current MT license or ability to obtain; Maintain and provide documentation of professional development education requirements including BLS; Access to transportation; required to provide care in the home of patients; Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a community health nurse and/or recent hospital setting is preferred; be able to read, write and converse in the English language.
