Order Details LPN Overnight (11p7a) Slingerlands, NY Employer: The Nurse Network Schedule: Per-diem and ongoing needs, Overnight 11:00 PM 7:00 AM Location: Slingerlands, NY (Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting) About the Role The Nurse Network is seeking compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality resident care on the 11p7a shift. Youll work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and as part of a collaborative care team to support residents clinical and emotional needs. What Youll Do Deliver direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision in accordance with the established plan of care. Assist with treatments and procedures, performing selected duties within your LPN scope and the nursing care plan. Collect resident data (vitals, observations, reporting changes) and help prioritize care needs in collaboration with the RN. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the RN and interdisciplinary team; contribute to updates of the plan of care. Follow nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure safe, high-quality care. Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered and per facility/clinical standards (within LPN scope). Support residents and families with empathy, education, and clear communication. Qualifications Active New York LPN license in good standing (required). Current BLS/CPR certification (required). Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply). Ability to work overnights (11p7a), including some weekends/holidays as needed. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Compliance with facility onboarding requirements (e.g., background checks, health clearance/immunizations per NY/DOH and facility policy).
